This maisonette apartment has been recently renovated and turned into a spacious, urban style space great for a couple retreat or family get away.

Abbeydale Road is an up and coming area in Sheffield filled with quirky bars and packed full of restaurants and take aways making it perfect for a night out or a night in.

Placed between Sheffield City Center and the roads out to the Peak District, you are close to the hustle and bustle and equally just as close to venture into the Countryside.

The Space

This property is split over 2 floors, with an open plan living / dining area to the 1^st floor along with a large family bathroom, and 2 bedrooms on the 2^nd Floor.

The kitchen / dining is fully stocked with a large American style fridge/freezer, washing machine & dishwasher, along with a cooker, hob, toaster & Microwave. All crockery, glassware & cooking utensils are provided for ease and we provide a continental breakfast hamper for each stay and keep the coffee machine pods fully stocked as we know how important that first cup of coffee is in the morning.

The living room has been designed for comfort with a large corner sofa & 65inch TV with free Netflix. All satellite stations available & high-speed internet throughout the property.

The family sized bathroom has been recently fitted with a large rainfall shower room, along with a built-in bathtub, perfect for relaxing. All towels & complimentary toiletries are provided.

Upstairs, in the Master bedroom you will find a super king bed with hotel quantity bed linen. We change the duvets to suit the season to ensure a comfortable night’s stay no matter the weather. This spacious bedroom also has a 32inch TV with free Netflix & ample storage space.

The second bedroom can be designed around you. As standard this bedroom comes with a single bed, but there is an option for a second single bed to be added. This is not a camp bed and has a high quantity mattress & hotel grade bed linen to ensure all guests get a great sleep.

This second bedroom comes with a dressing table & workspace with a 32inch TV which can also double up as a monitor if you have booked this property for work.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled at least 5 days before check-in you will be issued with a full refund. If cancelled within 5 days of your check-in date, you will be issued with a partial refund.
Any cancellations less that 24 hours before the arrival date will not be refunded.
Accessibilty
This apartment is set over two floors and has stairs into the apartment. We advise that the apartment is not suitable for children under the age of two or for anybody who has mobility issues.
Rules & Regulations
We opperate a strict no parties rule which is monitored and will be fined if found to have done so.
All of our properties are strictly no smoking or vaping.
Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm - 8am. Please adeer to this to be conciderate to other residents.
If the apartment allows pets, we only accept two small dogs.
